OK, but delivery was a bit slow.
The scraper I ordered is light but strong, I use it to scrape concrete floors in new plots and have had no problems

The right product was delivered at the right time. The prices wasn't the lowest advertised on the Web, but SJT actually had it in stock to deliver.
Postives: basic function works. Negatives: built for a big palm / hand. Rubbish dust extraction arrangements, and hard to find work-arounds. Mixed: heavy for single hand use. Better cutting but harder to use smoothly.
Some issues with delivery of order. Only 1 of the 3 boxes was delivered on 1st and 2nd week. 2 days off work wasted. Delivery promised on a 3rd date a week later and never arrived, another wasted day off work. The carrier should be replaced as they had no idea what they were doing. Customer Services were fantastic and tried everything they could to get my order delivered, cant thank them enough for all their hard work
