The item had a long telescopic pole and this was damaged by the courier. One message to SJ Tools followed by a photo and a replacement was sent post haste.I would suggest better packaging (cardboard tube) might have avoided this incident. Otherwise service and goods were excellent.

Hopefully this will work, but our engineers are having to re-drill the holes as they are cock-eyed and do not line up well. Luckily our workplace is full of engineers and tools, otherwise it would be a big problem.

Nice finish of chrome vanadium part. Handle ergonomic & has good grip. Ratchet action is smooth & easy to reverse. Attaching/detaching tool pieces is made easy with push button - no chance of tool piece dropping off in use. A great little ratchet at a realistic price!
