The Einhell TE-VC 36/25 Li S-Solo Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner is an indispensable helper in everyday life, because it cleans all surfaces down to the pores and removes dust and dirt just as effectively as liquids. It has two power modes which can be selected simply by pressing a button. ECO mode extends battery life and is suitable for longer vacuuming sessions. The BOOST mode sucks up even stubborn dirt effortlessly with maximum suction power.
The air pressure regulator on the handle allows the suction power of up to 150 mbar to be adjusted to sensitive work areas. The rustproof and sturdy stainless steel container can hold up to 25 litres of dirt and liquids, and the integrated water drainage screw makes emptying the vacuumed liquids child's play. Thanks to wheels, castors and carrying handle, the wet-dry vacuum cleaner can be transported to the place of use without effort.
The 2.5 metres long, robust plastic suction hose with a 36 millimetres diameter and the telescopic stainless steel tube, together with the battery power, ensure maximum flexibility. Thanks to the telescopic tube, the vacuum cleaner can be individually adjusted to your own body size and is also suitable for overhead use. Thanks to the accessory holder and the suction tube holder, the vacuum and accessories are not only quickly and neatly stowed away, but are just as quickly ready for use again.
Equipped with a combi-nozzle for carpets and smooth floors, an upholstery nozzle for car seats and other upholstered furniture, as well as a crevice nozzle for hard-to-reach corners, the vacuum takes on any hurdle and is used for vacuuming, drying and cleaning work in the house, workshop or garage. Tight niches can be blown out quickly with the blow function to then suck up the dirt.
The scope of delivery also includes a foam filter for wet vacuuming, as well as a pleated filter and paper dirt bag for dry vacuuming.

When will my order be delivered?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
We use a delivery service that aims to get your orders to you within 4-6 working days. Please allow 1-5 working days for processing on items that are ordered in.
When does your courier deliver?
Our courier will deliver between Monday and Friday.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Upon receipt your delivery will need to be signed for.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Our courier will return the parcel to their depot and try to deliver it on the next available working day.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. If you provide us with a mobile number or email when you checkout we will send you information from our courier which allows you to track the progress of your parcel as well as other additional options as stated below.
In-flight delivery options
Our courier will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and you have the option to change this if required at no extra charge or you can also let the courier know that you want the parcel left in a safe place.
How carefully will my order be packaged?
We take extreme care in the packaging of our items and have never received notice of an order arriving damaged. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you must sign it as damaged with the courier and do not accept the package. It will then be returned to us via their depot. We will then send a replacement item out.

Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as directions or where to take your parcel, please include them in the 'special instructions' section at the checkout.
All orders are checked before posting and securely packaged. However, if you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or unsaleable.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Faulty Items
Please note that if you discover a faulty item, we shall endeavour to send out a replacement. All faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service.
If we do not receive the faulty items back, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
Please Note: Due to Health & Safety At Work Regulations, we require any used faulty goods to be returned into us in a clean condition before we accept them and issue a refund.
