The Flex Power Tools RD SP 12/18/230 Cordless Radio for receiving DAB+ and FM. With automatic station search and 10 memory spaces. Integrated Bluetooth® technology allows you to stream music from your phone. It also features an AUX input and USB-C port and charger for smartphones, tablets.
It has 6 speaks with 2x10 watts, 2x20 watts, 30 watts bass and boost for rich, clear sound. Individual equaliser settings deliver top sound quality. The illuminated display is positioned at an angle. This ensures an unobstructed view of the display and convenient operation, even when it is part of the STACK PACK transport case system.
This radio also functions as a charger for FLEX 12/18V batteries. The charger starts charging automatically as soon as the mains plug is plugged in.
Compatible with the FLEX STACK PACK storage and transport system. This means it can be easily transported to the construction site with additional boxes for tools and accessories. Interlocking quick-connect fasteners allow fast, flexible and effortless component connection.
Comes as a bare unit, NO battery or charger. FLEX battery system: suitable for all FLEX 18 V battery packs. Delivery does not include battery and charger.

When will my order be delivered?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
We use a delivery service that aims to get your orders to you within 4-6 working days. Please allow 1-5 working days for processing on items that are ordered in.
When does your courier deliver?
Our courier will deliver between Monday and Friday.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Upon receipt your delivery will need to be signed for.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Our courier will return the parcel to their depot and try to deliver it on the next available working day.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. If you provide us with a mobile number or email when you checkout we will send you information from our courier which allows you to track the progress of your parcel as well as other additional options as stated below.
In-flight delivery options
Our courier will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and you have the option to change this if required at no extra charge or you can also let the courier know that you want the parcel left in a safe place.
How carefully will my order be packaged?
We take extreme care in the packaging of our items and have never received notice of an order arriving damaged. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you must sign it as damaged with the courier and do not accept the package. It will then be returned to us via their depot. We will then send a replacement item out.

Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as directions or where to take your parcel, please include them in the 'special instructions' section at the checkout.
All orders are checked before posting and securely packaged. However, if you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or unsaleable.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Faulty Items
Please note that if you discover a faulty item, we shall endeavour to send out a replacement. All faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service.
If we do not receive the faulty items back, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
Please Note: Due to Health & Safety At Work Regulations, we require any used faulty goods to be returned into us in a clean condition before we accept them and issue a refund.
