The SIP MEDUSA T14000 Silenced Diesel Generator is a mobile power supply solution suitable for workshops, general construction, mobile hospitality and standby applications. Other uses include powering machinery, tools and lighting. At peak output is supplies 13.7kVA/11kW and at continuous 12.5kVA/10kW. Overall runtime provides 9hrs at 100% load and 18hrs at 50% load for a dependable supply when needed most.
A single 230v (3.2kW) and two 400v (10kW) sockets are fitted to the control panel allowing for 3-phase power output. A dual-purpose digital display indicates current volts in use and overall runtime to help monitor usage.
The Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) ensures continuous running when power is interrupted, supporting use as a standby generator. A circuit breaker prevents overload, whilst a mains isolator switch and earth point maximise protection.
Powerful yet silenced at 112dB(A), it is enclosed in a heavy-duty metal cabinet for soundproofing and to safeguard against chips and damage. An easy-access service panel is fitted and the generator has IP23M protection.

When will my order be delivered?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
We use a delivery service that aims to get your orders to you within 4-6 working days. Please allow 1-5 working days for processing on items that are ordered in.
When does your courier deliver?
Our courier will deliver between Monday and Friday.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Upon receipt your delivery will need to be signed for.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Our courier will return the parcel to their depot and try to deliver it on the next available working day.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. If you provide us with a mobile number or email when you checkout we will send you information from our courier which allows you to track the progress of your parcel as well as other additional options as stated below.
In-flight delivery options
Our courier will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and you have the option to change this if required at no extra charge or you can also let the courier know that you want the parcel left in a safe place.
How carefully will my order be packaged?
We take extreme care in the packaging of our items and have never received notice of an order arriving damaged. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you must sign it as damaged with the courier and do not accept the package. It will then be returned to us via their depot. We will then send a replacement item out.

Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as directions or where to take your parcel, please include them in the 'special instructions' section at the checkout.
All orders are checked before posting and securely packaged. However, if you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or unsaleable.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Faulty Items
Please note that if you discover a faulty item, we shall endeavour to send out a replacement. All faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service.
If we do not receive the faulty items back, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
Please Note: Due to Health & Safety At Work Regulations, we require any used faulty goods to be returned into us in a clean condition before we accept them and issue a refund.
