The SIP 20ltr Dehumidifier is a multi-purpose portable dehumidifier unit designed to effectively remove excess moisture from various indoor spaces for greater air quality.

With 5 operating modes, the dehumidifier functions to manage humidity levels across various applications for year-round use.

  • Five operating modes: Five operating mode functions for superb flexibility and humidity control in indoor environments.
  • Target Humidity Mode allows the percentage humidity level to be set, reducing moisture to improve air quality.
  • Air Clean Mode is ideal for removing travelling odours. The 2-speed fan can be adjusted for comfort to freshen air.
  • Auto Mode sets the air humidity to equal the level in the room or space for improved air quality.
  • Dry Clothes Mode for quick and effective drying applications. The dehumidifier can be optimally set to draw moisture from clothes and fabrics.
  • Defrost Mode is perfect for colder-than-normal rooms and spaces. The auto-defrost setting can automatically engage to ensure a constant temperature can be maintained.
  • Water extraction capacity: Maxium water extraction capability of 20ltr per day (24hr period).
  • Auto switch-off function: An integrated float switch in the water collection tank triggers a beep to indicate the 6.5ltr tank is full. The dehumidifier automatically shuts down to prevent excess water being collected.
  • Timer setting: An integrated timer allows specific dehumidifying sessions to be easily set within a 24hr period.
  • Automatic humidity indicator level: When the unit is powered, an automatic 3-colour - yellow (low), green (medium), red (high) - humidity scale indicates the current humidity level in the room or space.
  • Easy-to-use control panel: An intuitive electronic control panel allows the unit to be easily moved and positioned between locations for use.
  • Outstanding mobility: The wheel-mounted, slimline design allows the unit to be easily moved and positioned between locations for use.

When will my order be delivered?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.

We use a delivery service that aims to get your orders to you within 4-6 working days. Please allow 1-5 working days for processing on items that are ordered in.

When does your courier deliver?
Our courier will deliver between Monday and Friday.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Upon receipt your delivery will need to be signed for.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Our courier will return the parcel to their depot and try to deliver it on the next available working day.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. If you provide us with a mobile number or email when you checkout we will send you information from our courier which allows you to track the progress of your parcel as well as other additional options as stated below.

In-flight delivery options
Our courier will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and you have the option to change this if required at no extra charge or you can also let the courier know that you want the parcel left in a safe place.

How carefully will my order be packaged?
We take extreme care in the packaging of our items and have never received notice of an order arriving damaged. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.

What happens if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you must sign it as damaged with the courier and do not accept the package. It will then be returned to us via their depot. We will then send a replacement item out.

Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as directions or where to take your parcel, please include them in the 'special instructions' section at the checkout. 

All orders are checked before posting and securely packaged. However, if you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or unsaleable.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Faulty Items

Please note that if you discover a faulty item, we shall endeavour to send out a replacement. All faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service.

If we do not receive the faulty items back, you will be charged the full replacement cost.

Please Note: Due to Health & Safety At Work Regulations, we require any used faulty goods to be returned into us in a clean condition before we accept them and issue a refund.
