Description

The Draper socket set is a high-quality metric socket set made from chrome vanadium steel (CR-V) which is correctly hardened and tempered for strength and durability. All parts are manufactured according to the valid DIN and ISO standards. With the components with satin chrome plating for corrosion protection. The 72-tooth ratchet is equipped with an easy-to-use reverse lever to change the direction. It has a quick-release button to allow the rapid locking and quick release of sockets. With comfort in mind, the ratchet handles have been designed and fitted with ergonomic soft-grip handles for continuous comfort while using. The Draper HI-TORQ® sockets deliver optimum leverage with minimal risk of damage. That is because they are engineered to securely grip the flats rather than the corners of the fixings. They are less likely to slip and there is less risk of stripping the edges – even if the fixings are already damaged. Within this set you will find a selection of Draper Hi-Torq combination spanners with a 12-point ring ends that are chamfrered with a deep offsset at 15°. This delivers maximum leverage by transferring torque to the flats. It also simultaneously prevents slipping or damage to the fastener. With the open end is also offsets at 15° to allow working in confined spaces easier and a wide range of screwdriver bits. The set includes 16 x 1/2" Sq. We use a delivery service that aims to get your orders to you within 4-6 working days. Please allow 1-5 working days for processing on items that are ordered in.

Our courier will deliver between Monday and Friday.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Upon receipt your delivery will need to be signed for.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Our courier will return the parcel to their depot and try to deliver it on the next available working day.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. If you provide us with a mobile number or email when you checkout we will send you information from our courier which allows you to track the progress of your parcel as well as other additional options as stated below.

In-flight delivery options
Our courier will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and you have the option to change this if required at no extra charge or you can also let the courier know that you want the parcel left in a safe place.

How carefully will my order be packaged?
We take extreme care in the packaging of our items and have never received notice of an order arriving damaged. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.

What happens if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you must sign it as damaged with the courier and do not accept the package. It will then be returned to us via their depot. We will then send a replacement item out.

Returns

All orders are checked before posting and securely packaged. However, if you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or unsaleable.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Faulty Items

Please note that if you discover a faulty item, we shall endeavour to send out a replacement. All faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service.

If we do not receive the faulty items back, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
